Terms of Service

By using hexagonhq.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is operated by HEXAGON HQ®, a record label founded by Don Diablo, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

When you submit a form on the Site (event waitlist, drop signup, demo submission, newsletter) you confirm that you want to receive recurring marketing communications from HEXAGON HQ by email and SMS, including about:

• New ticket releases for HEXAGON, HΞXHIBITION and FUTURE events
• Music releases by HEXAGON HQ artists, including Don Diablo
• Merchandise, livestreams, and other commercial offers from HEXAGON HQ and its commercial partners
• Surveys, content, and community updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and stop SMS at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

If you upload a demo, you confirm that you own the rights to the recording and the underlying composition (or have written permission from everyone who does), and you grant HEXAGON HQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to receive, listen to, and internally evaluate the demo for A&R purposes.

We do not publish, release, or commercially exploit demos without a separate signed agreement. We are not obliged to respond to every submission. We don't pay for unsolicited demos.

Tickets are sold through our partner ticketing platforms. When you click through to a ticket shop you also accept the ticketing partner's own terms. We are not responsible for ticket issues caused by those partners, but we will help where we can — contact hello@hexagonhq.com.

Event line-ups, dates, venues, and prices are subject to change. HEXAGON HQ is not the legal organiser of every event listed — sometimes we are the headliner or curator of a third-party event. The promoter named in the ticket terms is responsible for delivering the event.

You agree not to:

• Submit fake names, emails, or phone numbers
• Sign up other people without their permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the Site
• Use the Site or our marketing list to send spam, harass, or commit fraud
• Upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these rules.

All trademarks, logos, recordings, photographs, and copy on the Site are owned by HEXAGON HQ, our artists, or our licensors. You can share Site content in a non-commercial way (e.g. linking from social media). You can't use our IP commercially without written permission.

The Site is provided “as is”. We don't warrant that everything works perfectly all the time. We do our best, but we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by your use of the Site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
